Many of our pieces are made to order. That means, you select your size, the metal option and the center stone size. Once that order is placed, we begin the process of making the ring and we take our time to make sure it is of fine quality craftmanship. Not carrying all the pieces in stock, allows for us to have less overhead and a lower price point for you. If you are looking for something to receive within a shorter amount of time, please check out our "off the shelf" items or inquire within.
We offer our services to make sure your piece of jewelry is well maintained and cared for. All you have to do is send it in to us and for a fee, we will clean, polish, and inspect your ring to make it like new again. It includes tightening the prongs. If there is any damage, there will be an additional fee for that type of repair.

You can be assured that the stone itself has not changed it's properties from the time you have received it. For some reason, this is a common assumption. Gemstones are oil magnets. It will build up over the stone and have a layer that is difficult to clean. We recommend that you keep your ring clean on a weekly basis. If you are unable to properly clean it, please send it in for a professional annual maintenance (fee applies). For cleaning, please check out the link below:

Another reason it may appear cloudy or milky is because it may have gotten scratched up. While this is not a common wear and tear type of wear, it does occur with some of our clients and the only way to fix that is to send it back in so we can repolish your stone. To avoid this, we recommend avoiding hitting your ring (specifically the stone) against hard or metal surfaces.
