Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.


If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

WARNING: Payment made with AMERICAN EXPRESS cards will be assessed a 3.5% fee to process a refund or to cancel an order (added 12/18/2014)


30-Day money back guarantee (starting from the day you receive the package)
Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to  return it for any reason, we'll be happy to offer an exchange or full refund.

Your complete satisfaction with our jewelry is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when the package was received by you, with a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance cost. To receive an RMA, use the return link at the footer of the site, and before you do, please note the following:
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, unworn, undamaged with original packaging and documentation, and shipped within 30 days.
For exchanging for a different item, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order. Refund is processed 48 hours after we receive your return.


  • Lady's ring size under 4 (US) and larger than 10 (US)
  • Men's ring size under 7 (US) and larger than 13 (US)
  • Engraved jewelry, including rings
  • Engraved fees, sizing fees and shipping fees are not refundable
  • Special orders are not refundable, if not sure please contact us first.

ONE TIME COMPLIMENTARY SIZING* (within 30 days of delivery date)
We offer a one time complimentary sizing or exchange your ring to the correct size (if sizing is not an option). Complimentary sizing or exchange is for finger size between 4 and 7 3/4, there will be a fee for sizes 8 to 10. We sill size a ring at no charge if a mistake was made in our part. Note: you will be responsible for the return shipping cost (that includes shipping back the ring to us and a flat rate of $30 for us to ship it back to you). Having a third party size or do any work on your purchase with samNsue, will void your warranty.


Quality is one of the founding principles of our company. As such, we guarantee that all of our products will be free from any manufacturing defects of craftsmanship or materials at the time of delivery. To stay true to our standards of customer satisfaction, we offer ONE year warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does NOT include normal wear and tear or damages due to negligence, trauma, lack of regular maintenance, loss or theft. Note: you will be responsible for the return shipping cost (that includes shipping back the ring to us and a flat rate of $30 for us to ship it back to you).


Follow these instructions for returns or repairs:
1. Obtain RMA number (you will be required to log in to your account at samnsue.com), go to your account history and view the order history for the return, click on the back arrow.
2. Repackage the item in its original box and documentation ($5 per box will be deducted from your refund if you are returning for a refund without its original box)
3. Make sure to clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the box
4. Always ship insured
